How far in advance should I contact you?
Contacting us at least two to four weeks before arrival is recommended, especially when your trip includes the Forbidden City, popular museums, specialist guides or high-demand holiday periods.
Can you arrange airport or railway station transfers?
Yes. Private transfers can be arranged from Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport and Beijing's major railway stations.
Can you help with restaurant reservations?
Restaurant planning and reservations can be included, including Peking duck, traditional Beijing cuisine, local snacks, vegetarian dining and other dietary needs.
Can you arrange business visits or corporate travel?
Business transport, meeting support, corporate visits and private sightseeing around a business schedule can be discussed as part of a tailored request.
